The analysis done in this paper is based on a common subject. One where most of theproject control personnel stumble. This occurs while developing, implementing, and communicatingproject control standards and procedures in small to midsize owner organization. This is because of alack of understanding of the principles of project controls. Often, there is a reluctance to learn andimplement new processes to manage projects.
