摘要

A general method of the selection of comminution designhas been presented. Some sub-methods using modelling foroptimisation and development of the comminution devicesconstruction for plastics-, bio- and fibre as non-brittlematerials (waste) has been mentioned too. The method includestwo beings: mathematically and design modelling. The commonset is composed of characteristics, structure, relationships,effectiveness and progress of the machinery engineering, e.g.breaking up in the plastics-, bio- and fibres waste recyclingprocess. The design modelling has been based on advancedmethods of investigation. The recent technologicalachievements in the area of CAD/CAE and AI in the steeringand controlling system has been implemented. This enables usto introduce constructional innovations in multi-edgecomminution systems considerably enhanced output parametersand minimize disadvantages of previous size-reduction systems.In this paper we are focusing on the possibilities of using theresults obtained from computer simulation – especially strengthand kinematic condition and we try to check how the resultscan be compared with the results obtained during milling ofmaterials in laboratory condition.
