Usage of computer programs in teaching and learning Visual arts on the elementary school level in Croatia is not considered as common and is therefore not widespread. Despite the introduction of CNES and the renovation of teaching and learning methods and activities, the computers and computer programs are still not suggested in general and specific rules. With the awareness of those facts, in short, it was decided to select, test and mark the software considered as a valuable addition to the teaching and learning process of Visual Arts. The final result of this research is the multi-criteria qualitative analysis of the selected software. Performed analysis undeniably proved that such and similar software definitely has potential to greatly improve teaching and learning of Visual Arts in elementary schools.
