Magnetoplasma waves in periodic and quasiperiodic layered waveguides composed of alternating layers of semiconductor and dielectric are studied. The dispersion dependencies for a finite periodic and quasiperiodic media are obtained. The effect of the dissipation processes on the wave dispersion is considered. The dependence of the minimum phase velocity on the collision frequency, the magnetic field strength and the thicknesses of the layers is studied.
