Currency Hedging Based on Commonly Used Instruments

摘要

Enterprises face currency risk when they trade cross-border. How to avoid the currency risk effectively and properly has become an important task in risk management. This paper introduces the method on using and choosing hedging instruments, and how to calculate the optimal hedge ratio.
