Analysis on the Unique Culture of “Five Power AND Three Mind” for Private Enterprises

This paper begins with analyzing on the condition and problem in private enterprises. It puts forward to shape the unique organizational culture of "five power and three mind", that is, through enhancing the cohesion, collaboration, creativity, appeal and execution to the organization, and enhancing their professionalism, sense of responsibility and the heart of Thanksgiving, eventually realizes the management thinking of "people-oriented", and analyzes the specific path to achieve it.
