摘要

Graphene and Carbon-nanotube(CNT) were all sp2 nanocarbon. The graphene aggregates film and CNT film with good field-emission (FE) properties were fabricated directely on stainless-steel (Fe-Cr-Ni alloy) substrates by our microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition (MPCVD) system using CH4 and H2 [1, 2]. Detailed investigation the role of catalysts during the CVD growth of nanocarbon would be helpful to understand the growth mechanisms of graphene and CNT. In this paper, the controllable growth of graphene and CNTs through change of the structure of Fe-Cr-Ni catalyst and their FE properties were studied.
