The interconnection between the coordinate distribution of Mueller-matrixes images characteristics values of biological liquid crystals net and the pathological changes of human tissues

摘要

The paper deals with investigating the processes of laser radiation transformation by biological crystals networks using the singular optics techniques. The results obtained showed a distinct correlation between the points of “characteristic” values of coordinate distributions of Mueller matrix (Mik = 0, ±1 ) elements and polarization singularities (L- and C-points) of laser scattering field.
