With the application of the theories of forewarning management and public relations, based on the necessary principles, a comprehensive forewarning evaluation index system is set up in this article. Then, with the help of language value studies, a comprehensive forewarning evaluation model based on language value is set up and, combining a forewarning questionnaire on the public relations of the staff in an enterprise, a comprehensive forewarning evaluation is carried out.
