Scientific and reasonable human resource management not only can realize development strategy of enterprise, but can reduce the cost of bargaining and have higher competitive competence of enterprise. Based on the theory of analysis hierarchy, the power of evaluation indexes of human resource management in enterprises was defined by gemination compare judgment matrix, then an appraisable model was set up by using spider graph, status of human resource management of some enterprise was analyzed by the model. In summery, the method has the advantages including it was visual, quantitative and operable.
