摘要

Building on the assumption that human resources are the important resources of a company and the key factor for a company's development, the article defined the motivation and described its attributes using the induction method. Then, the author analyzed the main problems in motivating corporate employees via the survey and case analysis methods. Based on the above analysis, the author explored the effective strategies of motivating Chinese corporate employees. The article is of great help to provide some ideas of managing and motivating Chinese corporate employees.
