River regulation parameters is the design parameters of regulation works location line according to the micro-curve scheme, which include the bend span, flood drainge width et. with statistics, first the planning line regulation parameters of Baihe-Gaocun are arranged, secondly, the rule relationship between the factors is searched based on the parameters of the well-controlled reach. And reference is provided to micro-curve regulation of meandering channel. The analysis on regulation parameters indicate the control works density is about 80% in the well-controlled reaches, the length of flow by dikes is 2, 100~2,700 m. On the other side, in the reach of regulation works perfect arrangement, if the length of stable flow by dikes is occupied 50% of the length of the regulation works, the main flow could be restricted. So the works length of restricting middle flood flow should be more than 4,500 m. The bend span, flood drainage width are increased from upstream to downstream.
