摘要

According to the periodicity and analogical character of hydrology element, we introduce the method of case-based reasoning into the water resources dispatching. The paper embed fuzzy reasoning technology into the case-based reasoning and set similarity measure hydrology element as the searching target and establish water resources dispatching model, through the match of hydrology element, the water resources dispatching is reproduced. The Yellow River water resources dispatching is studied as an example to exhibit the establishment of optimizing model and case Database. And case searching technology used in water resources dispatching, the inclination of decision-maker is achieved. Through the case-based reasoning the localization and deficiency of traditional method in the solving of nonlinear problem, and provide a new method to water resources dispatching.
