SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT PLANNING THEORY OF TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM IN CHINA: A POLICY PERSPECTIVE

摘要

There is no standard definition for the term "transportation sustainability,"and most researchers try to integrate its economic, social, and environmental impactsinto consideration when making an evaluation. The author developed indicators andmetrics around these aspects and used several key indices misinterpreted bymainstream reports to prove that China's transportation system is moving towardssustainability.
