Germany high-speed track irregularity was commonly used during the railway vehicle dynamic simulation for the less of the uniform standard of track irregularity spectrum in China. It was failed for it not response the real condition of China track; it also has a speed limit, maybe not suitable for the 250km/h and above high-speed dynamic simulation. The component of track irregularity was analysis to acquire the reasonable high-speed track irregularity spectrum. The synthesis principle of the track irregularity spectrum was derived, and given the transfer method from the frequency domain PSD to the time domain PSD. The approximate track irregularity spectrum of civil better track and worse track was put forward based on the Germany high-speed track irregularity spectrum and combined the experience of civil railway vehicle dynamic simulation. By the way, the approximate track irregularity spectrum of the determined track can be acquired through the back-stepping method according to the exact dynamic simulation results and the shortly real measured ride index data. This can be used as the simulation input of the high-speed train. Point out that under the condition of without the real measured track irregularity, Germany low disturb track irregularity can used in the 250km/h railway vehicle dynamic simulation.
