THE RESOURCE ALLOCATION AND PRICING STRATEGY OF LOGISTICS SERVICE UNDER FUNDS CONSTRAINTS

In the global financial crisis, enterprises have to be confronted with the negative impacts brought by funds shortage and financing difficulty. Based on the macro condition with funds constraints, the costs and pricing strategy of 3PL enterprises' service integrated optimization will be discussed. In the condition of limited funds, both the cost analysis method and correct pricing strategy will be used to optimizing resource allocation and profit maximization. Then a mathematics model of profit maximization will be constructed and achieved, finally a relationship of funds, price and service capacity has been obtained. The conclusions can give beneficial references to make an optimal decision by logistics service supplier in real situations.
