Techniques are provided for price, completion time, and resource allocation determination for cloud services. A system for price, completion time, and resource allocation determination for cloud services can include a request engine to receive a request for a cloud service from a user of a cloud system, an input engine to receive a plurality of parameters relating to the requested cloud service from at least one of the user and a provider of the cloud system, an output engine to determine a plurality of variables relating to the requested cloud service using the plurality of parameters and a mixed integer programming solver, and a menu engine to generate a cloud service menu to be offered to the user, the cloud service menu defining a price and a completion time for the requested cloud service.
