摘要

Hydropower is an important measure for adjusting the structure of energy supply. With sustained idea, cascade hydropower has been developed priority and vigorously, because it is high performance and cleaner energy. Moreover cascade hydropower has been paid more attention on account of its significant economic benefits. Due to continuous deeply development of water resources, there are increasing complexity of the power grids structure. The relationship between water resource and electricity generation will become closer and closer than before. In terms of optimal dispatching cascade hydropower, this paper proposes a new dispatching method. This implies that power grid is the first and reservoir is the second based on the stability and safety of power grid. The case study about optimal dispatching cascade hydropower Power in Sichuan province has verified this proposal efficiency.
