An Exploration Model of Expressway Financial Management

摘要

In this paper, the characteristics of expressway and the contents of expressway financial management are discussed; The strategic positioning of expressway financial management is presented. Finally expressway financial management model is analyzed from different point of views such as the financial management mechanism, organizational structure, internal and external environment and implementation focus. Suggestions for reforming expressway financial management model in China are also presented.
