ANALYZING THE RECIPROCAL RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN TRUST AND INTERORGANIZATION SYSTEM USE

Trust has been studied by many researchers as an important factor toward the successfulimplementation of interorganization systems (IOSs). There is noticeable consensus that highlevel of trust will encourage the use of IOS and will discourage opportunistic behavior, which inturn contribute to long-term business cooperation. This paper provides a comprehensive reviewand classification scheme on trust and IOSs relationship and develops an analytic framework ofthe reciprocal relationship between trust and the adoption of IOSs from four important aspects.
