Click here to input Abstract's text According to the actual dimension of vulcanization machine,the mechanical model of vulcanization machine was established in this paper.The finite element analysis was carried out.Two reasonable and simplified mechanical models were determined by means of comparing the calculated results of the model with the measured results.The fracture of mode-locking rod was caused by the large structural dimension errors.The mode-locking rods were borne on the combined loads (tension,bending,shearing) during vulcanization.The maximal stress concentration was occurred in the areas,where the joint of lower fixed board and mode-locking rod.This research will provide theoretical basis for the maximum machining error determination and structural optimization of vulcanization machine.
