摘要

The paper introduces a method of the finite element calculation of the temperature field on steam turbine rotor.Based on the method,a new finite element modeling is built up to analyze the steam turbine rotor of The Second Powerhouse in Anshan,Liao Ning province.Compared with the previous ones,the new modeling was primarily dealt with the boundary condition,such as the heat-transfer coefficients gained from FORTRAN program,Initializing temperature field and so on.Finally,in the paper,the every moment temperature distribution,during cold/hot start,stable operation and shut down of the unit,is shown.By means of analyzing the temperature of the steam turbine rotor,the result accords with the facts,and can be used for analyzing the thermal stress,fatigue and creep damage of steam turbine rotor.As well,the result is beneficial to steam turbine unit's safe-operation and the study on the lifetime for the steam turbine unit.
