摘要

At extrusion process the roll.wear and vibration often appear,based on the theory of finite element method and vibration mechanics,COSMOS Works is applied to the roller static stress analysis and the modal analysis.We can obtain the static stress distribution,the preceding 6 steps natural frequencies and the corresponding vibration modes of the roller.The purpose is to provide a basis to reduce the roll surface wear and avoid resonance.
