In the shaft furnace pelletizing direct reduction process, coke oven pyrolysis gas was used as reaction gas, and in different reaction steps, the tail gas was to do chromatography, so as to study and analyze the law of gas change: Along with reduction time prolonging, the content of hydrogen in reduction tail gas decreased substantially and then gradually increases, at the same time the content of CO decreased gradually, while CH4 increased firstly and decreased next. What is also can be confirmed is the rate of reductive reaction becomes fast along with temperature rising.
