摘要

The technology of high radiative coating on regenerator (HM-HRC) is an invention for improving heat transfer ability of the regenerators. As a case of "HM-HRC" in the hot stoves regenerator of 1080 m3 BF in Shandong Shiheng Steel Company, The CFD software was used to analyze the hot air flow and heat transfer process of with coating (1 # stove) and without coating (3 # stove), the numerical simulation model was established and the curves of temperature difference changed with the height of the stove between the flue gas and the checker brick during the combustion period and the temperature differences between the checker brick and the blast, as well as the blast and the flue gas temperature differences between1# stove and 3# stove during blast period.
