Research on the Evaluation Measures of Corporate Social Responsibility in China

摘要

In the context of economical globalization, corporate social responsibility has been playing an important role of restraint and motive in modern corporations. In this paper, based on the related literature, we try to design the principles and frameworks of the evaluation measures and methods of corporate social responsibility which are suitable to firms in China. Our purposes are to evaluate the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility in a reasonable manner, hence, help the government exercise macroeconomic management as well as corporations establish mechanisms of restraints.
