Designing of Non-Contractual Mechanisms for Inter-enterprise Research and Development Cooperation

Making clear the important role that non-contractual mechanisms play in inter-enterprise cooperation and making a systematic design. Proposing five elements which are objective, reputation, trust, structure and culture constituting non-contracts and subdividing those elements to form two-level structure of noncontract elements. On this basis, analyzing the complicated features of the function of the noncontractual elements. Exploring the mechanism of action for non-contractual elements through analysis of functioning of non-contractual elements.
