Preparation of Dexamethasone-based Cationic Liposomeand Its Application to Gene Delivery In Vitro

In this study, dexamethasone was conjugated toPAMAM dendrimer (generation 0) and the effect ofconjugation to the gene delivery efficiency of theconjugate was studied. The PAMAM (generation 0)-dexamethasone conjugate was synthesized by one-stepreaction method using Traut's reagent. And, cationicliposome was prepared using PAMAM-dexamethasoneconjugate and DOPE.
