Characterization of niosomes prepared with variousnon-ionic surfactants for Paclitaxel delivery

Paclitaxel (PCT) is an antineoplastic agent isolatedfrom the bark of Taxus brevifolia. In this study niosomalformulations of Paclitaxel (PCT) were prepared usingdifferent surfactants by film hydration method. Thephysicochemical properties of niosomes, such as percentdrug loading, particle size, zeta potential andreproducibility of preparation method were investigated.
