Preparation evaluation of Paracetamol Bearing Microsponges by quasi quasi-emulsion solvent diffusion method

摘要

The microsponge based delivery system(s) bearingparacetamol were prepared using quasi quasi-emulsion solventdiffusion method. The drug drug-excipients compatibilitystudies were carried out using FTIR analysis. Thedeveloped systems were characterized in in-vitro toinvestigate the effect of various formulation and processparameters. The particle size, surface morphology andpore structure were examined. The in in-vitro dissolutiondata provided best fit for Higuchi matrix and the releasewas found to be non non-fickian type.
