摘要

In present, the special deformation character of Dianchi peat soil in Kunming Basin is a difficult problem for engineering construction in large scale. The deformation mechanism of the peat soil under seepage and the seepage rule in the peat soil impacted by deformation are still challenging problems in soil mechanics field. The main problem is that the deformation rule in peat soil is very complex and the deformation inside can't be effective observed directly. Also the deformation mechanism caused by seepage has been less studied in existing achievements. In this paper, the tester has been designed and the seepage pressure and peat soil deformation has been monitored and much data has been obtained. Base on the data, the deformation rule under seepage has been discovered initially and the model of it has been constructed. The model of the deformation of peat soil under seepage will be a good theoretical basic for the engineering construction on Dianchi peat soil in Kunming Basin.
