Metrology Data Feedback for Shrinkage Compensated Polymer Lenses

摘要

A strategy is described that allows the reworking of the mold insert for the injection compression molding process by diamond machining so that complex polymer optics fulfil the required form accuracies. Throughout the whole process chain the NURBS-dataformat is used and the optical function of the lens is considered for the shrinkage compensation.
