There will be formed a low-price competition for more market in the industrial clusters, and the enterprises clusters will be get into the Bertrand trap under the low price competition, and the recession of the enterprises clusters will be followed. This paper tries to give us a new theoretical explanation for the risk of the enterprises clusters with the Bertrand trap formed in the low-price competition.
