Design and Research on bulk Commodities Dealing with highly Scientific Management in Decision-making

At present, our country is globally on the first rank on the demanding, trading, importing and exporting bulk commodities. As resource commodities and fundamental materials, they have great affection on national economy. The price fluctuation determines the profit of enterprises on micro-economy scale. Taking the portfolio investment theory as the basis, how to design scientifically the model of investment dealing, to have the decision-making formula mathematically, to have the enterprises avoiding the dealing risks caused by price fluctuation, to have stable business profit and maximum overall economic result, are discussed in details in this paper. The model is to use the tactics for combining (he assemblage of investing spots into the portfolio of spot position .futures position and speculation position. In this way, the combination between bulk commodities dealing with highly scientific management in decision-making and practical operability is reached.
