The Analysis Based on Game of The Implementation Mechanisms of Corporate Social Responsibility

Nowadays the "hormone" event of Shengyuan milk sparked the social thinking on corporate social responsibility. The implementation status of corporate social responsibility is actually the result of the game among enterprise and government and society,how to achieve the implementation mechanisms of corporate social responsibility successfully needs the joint effort of enterprise and government and society. This paper expounds the connotation of corporate social responsibility, analyzing the implementation mechanisms of enterprise social responsibility,namely the three interest interaction mechanism of enterprise and government and society based on the theory of game,arriving at some useful conclusions.
