On the basis of research on the causes of high-rise building fires, the paper establishes the fire risk assessment index system and gives the indexesȁ9; standard values. Applying fuzzy centralization statistical theory, the random and fuzzy indexes in high-rise building fire risk assessment are mathematically analyzed, and the total weights of all the indexes are calculated. The assessment result of fire risk can be obtained through the linear adding weight model. Fuzzy centralization statistic method changes some fixed values from classical statistics to bound values and solves the problem of fuzzy indexes quantification, which makes the indexesȁ9; weights more precisely accord with the practice. Exemplified case indicated that the method could overcome the shortage of traditional statistical method and make fire risk assessment for high-rise building more practicable and scientific.
