On Applications of Value Engineering Theory in Engineering Design

摘要

According to many years' experience of engineering design, foundation geology data of medical school of huangshi institute of technology had been studied in detail. On the basis of value engineering theory, imposing severe regulations of pile foundation design, and other factors as optimum design, structural safety, function, engineering economy, construction convenience and environment etc, a series of foundation design proposals had been compared. As a result, a best design had been found, which is not only economic rationality but also improving the environment around. What's more, design phase of a project had been turned out to be the critical stage of investment control after feasibility analysis to initiation. According to the study, help people get perfect construction.
