@@ Introduction For over two decades, researchers and educators have emphasized that physical education (PE) plays a vital role in our educational system. Participation in regular physical activity (PA) effectively reduces the risk of premature mortality, coronary heart disease, hypertension, colon cancer, and diabetes (Warburton et al, 2006). PE plays an important role in our society as health costs are at an all time high and people are living longer.
