摘要

To have reasonable regional highway macroscopic logistics hinge city layout planning, the paper introduces the thought and principle of regional logistics planning. On the base of these, hinge degree of highway logistics hub cities is computed and highway logistics hub cities are leveled based on principal component analysis and dynamic clustering. Moreover, the relationship among all the counties or cities is analyzed on gravitational model and dynamic clustering Furthermore, the writer puts out the idea that three primary highway logistics circles and several secondary logistics circles are planned in Jiangsu province. At last, highway logistics hub city distribution project in Jiangsu Province is planned. Practical examples show that the proposed method is able to meet the requirements of the regional logistics planning and operation, also can offer the reference to the decision making of administrative departments in the logistics hinge city node number, grade, layout and operation rationalization.
