3D Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) imaging (SAR Tomography) uses multiple views to profile the scattering inelevation. Conventional deterministic processing assumes accurate phase calibration and the absence of targetdecorrelation. This work analyzes the effects of stochastic phase miscalibration due to uncompensated atmosphericcontribution and temporal decorrelation and proposes a 3D imaging technique based on Linear MinimumMean square Error (LMMSE) approach. With reference to future bi- and multi-static systems, it permits an improvedcoherent integration of data acquired by simultaneous antenna in repeated passes.
