Carbon fibers and ferrocene exerts influence on the electromagnetic interference of CFRC composites. When the carbon fiber content is 1.33 % and the ferrocene content is 4.89 %, the synergistic effect of the two conductive fillers results in the best shielding effectiveness against electromagnetic waves. The minimum reflectivity is -7.5 dB. The major chemical components of the CFRC composites containing ferrocene are SiO_2,CaCO_3, and Ca(OH)_2. The reason that the electromagnetic interference of the CFRC was affected may be attributed to the formation of a big delocalized pi-bond between carbon fibers and ferrocene molecules. Thus, the conductivity of the CFRC composites is improved, so is the shielding effectiveness.
