Smallbut continuous improvement is termed as Kaizen in Japan. We have adopted this continuous improvement Technique at worker level. We have motivated the workers and achieved small development at Centrifugal Section. So our Centrifugal machine stoppages are tremendously reduced without major investments in repairs. We feel that this modification may be followed by Manufacturers.
