摘要

On the basis of construction of an IT project risk evaluation system, a risk evaluation modal, based on BP artificial neural networks and fuzzy synthetic evaluation, is established firstly in this paper. Then, due to the self-taught and self-adaptability, the trained artificial network passes experts evaluation thoughts into the risk evaluation modal in the format of joint weight. Finally, the animation analysis indicates that the established modal can be used to perform risk evaluation more directly and subjectively, and can be used as a reliable tool for risk evaluation.
