In this paper, joint data inversion for two the most commonly used in Russia logging sounding tools is considered. These tools are high-frequency induction logging isoparametric sounding (VIKIZ in Russian abbreviation) and multi lateral logging (BKZ). Joint data inversion of these two methods in spite of their difference allows one to obtain more accurate and reliable geoelectric models. Examples of 1D and 2D joint inversion are given. At the same time, in order to construct reliable geoelectric models,consideration must be given to the time domain between VIKIZ and BKZ logging as invaded zone can change with time. Also since VIKIZ tool is inductive and BKZ one operates from DC, some petrophysical properties can have different effect on these tools. So resistivities acquired by these tools can differ.
