摘要

In this paper, the gas flows in the impellers, treated as potential flow, are solved by using the finite element method and quasi-three-dimensional calculation technique. Then using the One-Way Coupling method, the trajectories of particles and the erosion of blades are computed with a suitable particle rebound model and a suitable erosion model. The basic rules of particles through centrifugal impellers are found. It is firstly pointed out that there exist not only striking erosion but also scratching erosion in centrifugal impellers with particulate laden flows. The function of anti-erosion ribs added on the blades is analysed. The contents are helpful to the design of anti-erosion centrifugal fans.
