Empirical Analysis on the Relationship between Risk Factors and Target Realization Degree in Software Projects

摘要

The paper, basing on summary of researches of former dangerous management of software project and combining with the present situation and characteristics of Chinese software project, classifies the influencing factors of risk management of software project as 6 factors, such as management level factor, communication and coordination factor,experience accumulation factor ,plan control factor, technical implementation factor, requirement identification factor by means of questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis, and gain the relation model between risk factors of software project and goal realization degree. The model can instruct project manager to take effective measure to reduce the damage of risk factors for the project and ensure the project successfully complete in schedule, scale, cost and quality.
