This article makes a research on the operation pattern of electronic commerce enterprise in Hubei Province, and a review of the development of electronic commerce in Hubei Province .Then the article makes an analysis of the operation environment of electronic enterprise in Hubei Province from macroscopic aspect and microscopic aspect, puts forward the B2B, B2C kind of electronic commerce enterprise operation pattern proposal.
