The new development will be used in the production of a direct injection process for a modern PU shoe. There will be an integration of the ergonomic needs of a shoe together with a more economic way of shoe production. The PU will be used as a part of the upper and will therefore substitute some elements of the upper. The upper production is then much more easier as before. The PU can be used e.g as a stabilizer, as a comfort part or as a integrator between two or more upper parts. Also, the PU can be used as a protection of the sensitive upper leather, as well as a element for partial design elements in a different color.
