Recent Development of Formacel? 1100 - a Zero ODP and Low GWP Foam Expansion Agent

Formacel? 1100 (FEA-1100) is a zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and low global warming potential (GWP) foam expansion agent for polyurethane foam applications. Over the past several years, we have demonstrated the use of Formacel? 1100 for various applications including Appliance, Pour-in-Place, Spray, and PIR boardstock. In this paper, we discuss the most recent studies including refrigerator liner compatibility and Formacel?1100 usage level optimization.
