E-business will change the ways that all companies do business,and most traditional businesses will evolve from their current business model to a combination of place and space via e-business model,so it's important to construct a theory system to help enterprise make e-business transformation strategy. The main objective of this paper is to investigate a framework for analyzing e-business transformation strategy. Based on the e-business process,from the value chain to the value net perspective,this paper provides a theoretical approach for e-business transformation implementation,which includes three stages,firstly to choose a proper e-business model,secondly to enhance the e-business transformation competence,and then to implement e- business transformation strategy,the results will help enterprise to make e-business transformation strategy more effectively.
